A campaign rooted here

READY TO LEAD

Gilroy is my home. I've raised my four boys here with my loving husband and now I'm watching my grandkids grow up here too. I've invested in Gilroy in a way I'm proud of. I'm a CPA, and I run two small businesses right in the heart of downtown — I bought a building here because I never wanted my headquarters to be anywhere else.

I've come to learn that success comes down to a few simple things: listen carefully, do what you say you'll do, and work hard for the people counting on you. That's the experience and the work ethic I want to bring to City Hall because I love this city. I'm ready to serve the residents of the community I love.

What she's fighting for

FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY

Every tax dollar should be treated like it came out of your pocket — because it did. As a CPA, I read a budget to find the smartest path to yes, not reasons to say no. That means transparency, discipline, and real results.

BACK OUR BUSINESSES

Gilroy's economy grows when the businesses we already have can thrive and downtown gives people reasons to show up. That means cutting red tape, updating outdated zoning to be more community-friendly, and spending locally so our dollars stay here.

SUPPORT FIRST RESPONDERS

The people who keep us safe deserve our full support — a well-staffed police department, firefighters ready when we call, and real crime prevention. Growing our local revenue lets us fund them the right way, so families feel secure in every neighborhood.

TRANSPARENCY

Too often, residents get "invited" to weigh in after the decision's already made and the money's already spent. That's backwards. Real transparency means bringing people in at the start — sharing the plan, asking what we actually want, and treating passionate residents as partners in solving problems, not obstacles to manage. People aren't just frustrated by outcomes. They're frustrated by not being heard.

Gilroy's nonprofits do work that changes lives, and I've been proud to stand alongside them — funding therapy rooms, chairing toy drives, and helping our schools and kids. I know these organizations and the people behind them. As your councilmember, I'll make sure the city treats them as partners, not afterthoughts.
